Shipping Policy

Free UK Delivery
We are pleased to offer FREE standard shipping on all orders delivered within the United Kingdom (including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland).

Order Processing & Manufacturing
* All orders are processed in monthly batches
* Manufacturing begins on the 1st of each month
* Each order is custom-made specifically for you
* Manufacturing takes approximately 2 weeks
* Orders are shipped immediately after manufacturing is complete

Expected Delivery Timeline Example:
* Order placed on January 15th:
  * Manufacturing begins: February 1st
  * Manufacturing completed: Mid-February
  * Shipping begins: Mid-February
  * Delivery: Within 2-4 business days after shipping
* Order placed on February 2nd:
  * Manufacturing begins: March 1st
  * Manufacturing completed: Mid-March
  * Shipping begins: Mid-March
  * Delivery: Within 2-4 business days after shipping

International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping. All deliveries must be to a valid UK address.

Tracking Your Order
* You will receive email updates at key stages:
  * When your order enters manufacturing
  * When your order is completed
  * When your order is dispatched (including tracking information)
* You can track your package using the provided tracking number on our website

Delivery Restrictions
* We cannot deliver to PO boxes
* Some remote UK locations may experience longer delivery times
* Additional charges may apply for delivery to Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, and Channel Islands

Failed Deliveries
* If you're not home, the courier will leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection
* After three failed delivery attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse
* Additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery

Lost or Damaged Packages
* We take full responsibility for packages until they are delivered to your specified address
* Please inspect your package upon delivery and report any damage within 24 hours
* For lost packages, please contact our customer service team
